It's Done!!!

Well, the baby's room is just about done! We have all the furniture we need. We just have to get the curtains and one more picture. I am very happy with the way it turned out!


This is a stencil that one of my friends helped me do. It's kind of hard to see what it says because of the camera glare, but the words are, "For this child I have prayed."



I love the cute 3D animals. There is one more we would like. It is a giraffe, but it has glitter on it...can't decide if that's too girly or not.

Here's our rocker. This was the item Kris was most excited about purchasing. The other day he rocked and held a stuffed animal for "practice."

The dresser/changing table is from when Kris' was a baby. We have a tall dresser as well, but that is in the closet because we ran out of room in the bedroom. I found the book shelf at Big Lots Furniture and got an awesome deal on it!!

The only item we need to add here is the curtains, as well as one more picture. We are making a poster size collage of photos of family and friends.

Lazy Days

Sunday was a nice lazy day for us all. Kris has turned into a complete softie and Molly takes advantage of him, as he frequently allows her on the furniture. When I took this picture, he was snoring away, but Molly won't move a muscle because she wants to stay right where she is!


Jonah even took a day off from his naughty pranks to relax. He looks like such a nice dog in this picture...

25 weeks

My mom was insisting on new baby bump pictures, so here they are! I am growing rapidly!

My last dr. appt. was a few days before Christmas. Everything was going great with the baby. Apparently he is going to be a big boy, as he is measuring about 4 weeks ahead of the size that he should be right now. My dr. said I either won't make it until my due date or I am going to have one big baby! I vote for an early delivery, personally...
